1. Scope of Services

The Pro Cool And Electric Repairing provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, AC repair, preventative maintenance, duct sanitization, and electrical troubleshooting across Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• All repair recommendations are provided following an on-site physical inspection by our certified technicians.
• We reserve the right to decline service in environments that pose immediate safety hazards to our field engineers.

2. Pricing, Estimates, and Payment Terms

We maintain full transparency across our pricing structures:

• Inspection Charges: A standard diagnostic call-out fee applies for on-site troubleshooting, which is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair service.
• Quotations: Formal quotes are provided before major parts replacement or unit installation. Any additional required work discovered during execution will be communicated prior to proceeding.
• Payment Settlement: Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.

3. Service Warranties & Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and replaced hardware:

• Workmanship Warranty: Standard repairs include a 90-day warranty covering the specific labor and component fixed.
• OEM Spare Parts: New spare parts installed carry individual manufacturer warranties as specified on your tax invoice.
• Exclusions: Warranties are voided in cases of subsequent third-party tampering, power surges, physical damage, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 2 hours prior to the agreed arrival slot without penalty. For emergency dispatches where a technician is already en route, a minimal call-out dispatch fee may apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our team exercises extreme care, The Pro Cool And Electric Repairing is not liable for pre-existing system damage, degraded wiring due to age, or indirect losses resulting from pre-existing system failures prior to our intervention.
